Rooms and Rates

We have 2 spacious and private air conditioned suites in the Betzner House.

For those of you who like to see the sun come up, we offer the Elizabeth Suite. This room overlooks the historic Schoerg (later changed to Sherk) residence. Joseph Schoerg and Samuel Betzner were the original pioneer settlers and Betzner's daughter Elizabeth was married to John Schoerg.

If you prefer to see the sun set, we offer the Tower View Suite. This room has a panoramic view of the historic Pioneer Memorial Tower and the lower Grand River valley. The Tower was built in 1925 and commemorates a small cemetery where these pioneers are buried. The Tower is open during the summer and has an observation area for viewing.

Both suites include:

• Large and comfy Queen size poster beds
• Full ensuite (shower, toilet and vanity)
• Soap, shampoo and body wash
• Hair dryer and curling iron
• Large sitting area
• Cable TV and a DVD player plus a selection of movies
• High speed internet connections
• Complimentary robes and slippers
• Extra blankets and pillows

Rates: Either suite is available for $90 weeknights and $110 on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (excluding taxes and based on double occupancy). Special longer stay (3 nights or more), returning customer and single occupant rates are also available--- Just Ask
