The Betzner House sits on 2 spacious acres overlooking the Grand River Valley. We are steps away from the Walter Bean Trail and have over 200 acres of floodplain lands below us. Enjoy our large spacious rear deck and watch the wild turkeys, deer and other wildlife as experienced by the early settlers. In the winter you can even catch a glimpse of the bald eagles that winter in this area.

Relax by our spring fed pond and enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit. The nightly dance of the fireflies will amaze you. We also offer a summer canoe experience and will drop you off upstream so you can enjoy a leisurely float back down ($45 for a 2 1/2 hour trip).

Let our concierge service make your reservations and bookings. Riverview golf course is only 5 minutes away and we can reserve your 'T' time for this challenging executive course. Doon Valley golf course is just across the river and only 10 minutes away.

Laundry service is available for our longer stay guests and all are welcome to use our fitness equipment next door in our small barn ( elliptical trainer, free weights/bench ,yoga mats and balance ball ).Crank up the tunes on the stereo as you complete a good work out to start or end your day.

Coffee and tea are available at all times and home made cookies will provide a tasty snack. Enjoy a glass of complimentary Sherry in the afternoon and don't forget breakfast!!

As a graduate of the famous Stratford Chefs School , Victoria's breakfasts will exceed your expectations. Farmer's sausages, fresh from the market and glazed with Wellesley apple cider, together with a maple and walnut stuffed, baked French toast complimented by fresh fruits, juices and yogurt is but a sample of a typical gourmet breakfast. Special dietary needs are not a problem, just let us know.
